Tristyn and Jake wanted their wedding day to be extra special, and one of the ways they made that happen was by saving the “first look” moment for when Tristyn walked down the aisle. They wanted Jake’s very first glimpse of her in her wedding dress to be a once-in-a-lifetime, timeless memory they could cherish forever. Still, Tristyn also dreamed of having bridal photos taken in the mountains, surrounded by stunning scenery.
To make both dreams come true, we planned a sunrise Alpine Loop, Utah bridal session, and it was nothing short of magical. The light was golden and dreamy, casting a romantic glow over the breathtaking mountain views. Tristyn looked absolutely radiant in her dress, with every detail, her gown, hair, and makeup, coming together perfectly to create a truly unforgettable bridal moment. While the setting was everything we hoped for, this session came with a surprising twist—bees, and lots of them! If you know me, you know I’m terrified of bees (yes, I’ll run like a kid at the first buzz). At first, it felt overwhelming, but the beauty of the session quickly overshadowed my fear. I kept my focus on capturing Tristyn, and thankfully, the bees decided to leave us alone for most of the session. Looking back, it’s funny to think about how that challenge became part of the story—but it didn’t take away from the magic of the morning. Instead, it added to the memory, making this Alpine Loop, Utah bridal photo session one I’ll never forget.
A Sunrise to Forever
The bridal session ended in the most perfect way, we captured everything we hoped for and more. The sunrise seemed to rise just for us, playing along like a perfectly cast actor in the scene (LOL). Its golden glow wrapped Tristyn in light, making each photo feel magical and dreamy, almost like stepping into a fairytale.
